Returns & Exchanges
No returns are given for online purchases. Exchanges Only.
Cancellations and changes in the order must be communicated within 2 hours of placing the order. Changes in orders need to be addressed within 2 hours via email.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
Exchanges are only granted when return postmark is no more than 14 business days (Monday- Friday) after the package was delivered.
If there is a system glitch on a oversold item (Out Of Stock) we will issue a refund through your original payment method.
When the returned item is received, the new item will be shipped
Any packages returned without an exchange request will be denied, and will prolong the exchange.
***Once returns are received, it takes 7-10 business days to process.
***Process of payments and shipping is 3-5 business days
***All “Special Orders” may take up to 7 business days before shipment
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Notification must be made within 48 hours after the delivery of your package if there are any manufacturer defects and/or an item was received broken. If notification is made pass this time, exchange request will be denied.
